A couple of weeks ago we spent the Saturday at Show Low lake with Grandpa Gary and Austin. It was a beautiful summer day with just enough cloud coverage to keep it cool. Gary, Canyon, Austin, and Grandpa trolled the lake with hopes of catching a some fish. Canyon caught the first fish, but it slipped away. Grandpa caught the second fish soon followed by another catch from Canyon. The other two fisherman go skunked. Trek and I spent the morning exploring the rocky beaches of the lake catching crawdads.
